I'm very pleased with Luciano's. They were contracted to do my A/C repair through my home warranty. Alex was very responsive to my call, got here when he said he would, and was very pleasant. He diagnosed the problem quickly, got it fixed, and didn't leave until he made absolutely sure that everything was back to normal. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our home warranty company assigned Luciano's Air Services to work on our furnace which had been out of commission for 5 days. Shaun arrived in the time window specified, and was able to diagnose the issue and get our furnace running again during his visit. He took care to listen to my description of the issue and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time and care needed to fix the problem and restore heat to our home. In addition to the service he provided under the home warranty, he took the time to let me know about another minor issue with the furnace that was outside the scope of the warranty. He told me the exact part that would be needed and described how I could fix it. I found this to be above and beyond any expectation I had. I am very grateful for the service I received from Luciano's Air Services.

I have used them for my personal home and my clients homes for the last 5 years. I find Alex and his team trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair.

Six months after an installation, fixed without charge a problem that was not caused directly by the new unit.

This is the second time I have used Lucianos for my HVAC system in 3 years. I have a plan with a home warranty company and am always happy when they send Lucianos out. I've read the complaints about them not calling people, but if a part is on order there's nothing Luciano's can do until the part comes in. It would be nice to get an update but a small company does not have the staffing/resources that larger companies have. Luciano's came out right away twice in 2 weeks and fixed my HVAC each time. The first was to replace the broken part, the second was a few days later. Apparently, a mouse was lying across 2 terminals keeping the system on! I would use Luciano's even if it wasn't who my warranty company recommended.

My heat went out on the coldest night ever it was 11 degrees Christmas Eve. These guys were responsive the first business day we got diagnosed And the part was ordered it quickly came in they installed it and had us back working in no time!! Love them customer service was amazing.

Service was excellent! Response time and on time arrival were flawless. This business is definitely one to work with!

I used this company through my home warranty and then after warranty ended by my own will again because I liked the service and price point. They responded to my online quote request same day, have done repairs same day, were really professional and thorough. Will use again.

We had a warranty claim that was assigned to them and Shaun was here within 3 days and fixed our issue. That has never happened with a warranty claim that we have had before. Seems like it's always 2 weeks. Incredibly impressed with this company. Thank you Shaun!

Shaun is very good person to get your A/C maintenance work done. I opened the service request through my home warranty provider over the weekend and Shaun contacted me on Monday. I had seen many bad reviews on the delayed response and I was a little worried; but I got the best service from this team and they are very knowledgeable. Thank you for your quick help !!!

I've only ever had great experiences with Luciano's Air Services. Great response time and communication. Both Shaun and Jason are terrific. Jason was here today to look into possible duct condensation. He was very thorough, clearly explained what the problem is and our options. Obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommend!

I recently had issues with my air conditioner and it was the first day of 90 degree temps here in NC. It was Friday morning and I thought I would have to suffer all weekend before a repair person came out. I called Luciano's Air Services and within an hour, Alex returned my call and arranged to come by that afternoon. He was professional and did an excellent job. I would also add that he was very courteous and personable and he made sure to wear footies over his shoes to protect my floors. I would highly recommend Luciano's Air Service.

Our home warranty selected Luciano's Air Services and from the start it was a very professional and pleasant experience. They kept us updated on arrival, a thorough explanation of parts needed, and kept great communication. We even had a different issue on a different unit the same week and the owner went out of his way to help me understand the issue. This was after hours, because I was nervous about the noise coming from the furnace in the attic. In hard times that we are facing with this pandemic it truly renewed my feelings about customer service and taking care of each other.
